Who we are

Enthuzy Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Enthuzy ("Enthuzy," "we," "us," or "our"), operates a platform that lets organizers ("Sites") run events, sell tickets, manage memberships, and communicate with their audiences, and lets individuals ("personas") build public profiles, buy tickets, and interact with those Sites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For the information a Site collects about its own audience, the Site is the controller and Enthuzy acts as its service provider (processor); for your Enthuzy account itself, we are the controller.

Information we collect

Account information you provide directly: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and any persona/profile details you add (bio, avatar, roles, contact info, links, uploaded files such as an electronic press kit). Event and commerce data: events, tickets, orders, donations, booking requests, and venue information created or purchased through the platform. Messages: content you send through the platform's messaging system, including event group chats. Payment information: card details go directly to Stripe and we never store full card numbers; we keep order records and the Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile them. Documents and records a Site chooses to store: tax forms, signed contracts with their e-signature audit trail (time, IP address and device details), and receipts, including the text read from a receipt photo. AI writing help: only the text you ask it to rewrite is sent to the AI model, and nothing is sent unless you use the feature. Connected stores: if a Site connects its Etsy or Shopify store, we read the product listings it chooses to import (titles, descriptions, photos, prices and stock) with read-only access, and we do not change anything in the store. Location: only if you allow it in your browser, to show nearby places; we do not track your location in the background. Notification and messaging preferences: push notification subscriptions, and your consent to receive SMS or email from a Site. Usage and device data: pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser/device type, and similar log data, along with cookies and local storage described below.

How we use information

To provide and operate the platform (accounts, events, ticketing, messaging, notifications). To process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts. To communicate with you about your account or a Site you interact with. To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (including logging and reviewing attempts to inject scripts into forms), and enforce our Terms of Service and Platform Behavior Policy. To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your messages, documents or AI requests to train AI models.

How we share information

With the Site (organizer) whose event, ticket, membership, or public page you interact with: that information is necessary for them to fulfill your order or manage their own audience, and their own use of it is also subject to their own posted policies where applicable. With service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, file storage, AI, and mapping or nearby-places lookups, under terms limiting their use of your data to providing that service. The current list, with what each one receives and why, is published on our Trust Center at enthuzy.com/trust. With services you or your Site choose to connect, such as Facebook and Instagram, Etsy or Shopify, and only what that connection needs. Travel links in the Companion app can be affiliate links; only the airports and dates being searched are used to build them. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Enthuzy, our users, or the public. If Enthuzy is involved in a merger or sale, your information may transfer to the successor, which must honor this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser local storage for things like keeping you signed in, remembering your theme and tab preferences, and maintaining a shopping cart. See our cookie preferences banner for the current breakdown of what's strictly necessary versus optional, and to manage your choices.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account. We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, by anonymizing the personal details where we can. Private documents you store are deleted with your account or when you remove them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Backups roll off on a regular schedule after deletion. A Site's copy of information it received about you (for example, an order) is that Site's own record and is not deleted when you delete your Enthuzy account.

Your rights and choices

You can access and update most of your account and profile information directly from your dashboard, and delete your account yourself from Settings (see our Data Deletion page). You can unsubscribe from a Site's marketing emails via the link in those emails, and reply STOP to opt out of SMS. You can also ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction or a copy, or object to a use, by emailing the contact address below. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as the law requires. We will respond within the time the law allows and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Data security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest for sensitive fields such as private messages, venue addresses, payout details, and the keys for services you connect; hashed passwords; two-factor authentication and passkeys; rate limiting; malware scanning of uploaded files; role-based access between Sites; private storage for documents; and an audit log of sensitive actions. Our current practices are described on the Trust Center and security page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give a Site your mobile number and agree to receive texts, that Site (through Enthuzy) sends you recurring text messages about its events, such as new shows, lineup and ticket updates, and changes. We use your number only to send those messages and to answer your replies. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Where your data is stored

Enthuzy is based in the United States and your information is stored and processed on servers in the United States. If you use Enthuzy from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children's privacy

Enthuzy is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do; material changes will be communicated through the platform.
