By creating an account or using Enthuzy, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Platform Behavior Policy. Enthuzy is operated by Enthuzy Holdings, LLC, a California limited liability company. If you're using Enthuzy on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
Enthuzy is a platform for running events: ticketing, memberships, marketing, public pages, and audience communication, organized around "Sites" that organizers create and manage, and "personas" that individuals use to interact with those Sites and the wider platform.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
If you create or manage a Site, you're responsible for the accuracy of the events, tickets, and content you publish, for complying with applicable laws governing your own events (including venue, safety, and refund-related obligations), and for how you use audience data collected through your Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Payments for tickets, merchandise, memberships and donations are real payments processed by Stripe. Each Site connects its own Stripe account, and your payment goes directly to that Site's account: the Site is the seller, and Enthuzy never holds those funds or pays them out. Enthuzy deducts its platform fee on each transaction as shown in the Site's plan (as of this update 3% on the Free plan and 1% on Pro, with exceptions such as verified-charity events), in addition to Stripe's own processing fees, which are set and charged by Stripe. Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time. A Site sets its own refund policy for what it sells, and is responsible for honoring it. Fees are shown at checkout or on the Site's billing page, and we will give notice before changing them.
Enthuzy offers an encrypted, access-controlled vault where a Site can store tax forms (such as W-9 and W-8BEN) and a reminder when someone's payments cross the US$600 mark. Enthuzy is a software facilitator: it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice and is not the employer or paying entity of record. A Site is solely responsible for verifying worker status, deciding its tax reporting obligations, collecting what it needs and filing any required forms (including IRS Form 1099) on time, and agrees to hold Enthuzy harmless from any tax liability, penalty or filing dispute arising from its payments.
You agree not to use Enthuzy for anything unlawful, to harass or harm others, to infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create on Enthuzy (event details, profile content, messages, uploaded files). You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the platform. The Enthuzy platform itself, its design, code, and branding, remains our property.
If you use AI writing help, the text you ask it to rewrite (for example an event description), your Site's brand voice setting and your instruction are sent to the model to produce a suggestion. By default that is a model hosted on Amazon Bedrock; if you add your own AI provider key, it is sent to that provider instead, under their terms and charges. We don't send anything else from your account, we count requests (not their content) to apply the monthly allowance, and you review every suggestion before using it. Don't include personal data you don't want processed this way.
Enthuzy relies on third-party services to operate, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email and SMS delivery, file storage, AI, and nearby-places lookups. The current list is published on our Trust Center. Some travel links in the Companion app are affiliate links with partners such as Aviasales, Klook and Booking.com; if you book through one, Enthuzy may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and the page says so. Services a Site connects itself (for example its own Stripe, SMS, AI, Facebook/Instagram, Etsy or Shopify account) are governed by that provider's own terms, and the Site is responsible for that relationship.
A Site may offer to send you recurring event text messages if you opt in with your mobile number and agree to receive them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel (you will get one confirmation text), or HELP for help; you can also use the opt-out link in any message or write to the Site's help address. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Enthuzy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
Enthuzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enthuzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do; material changes will be communicated through the platform.
